visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. creating a sacred + special place to display your dreams, hopes, wishes + goals for the future helps to make them a very real part of your daily life.
the only rule when it comes to vision boarding is that there are no rules. there is no right or wrong. a vision board is a truly personal + unique representation of what it means to create + live your happiest, healthiest life. oftentimes, you'll be surprised with the phrases + images that resonate with you most.
join us for an afternoon of intention setting, goal making + meditation in a supportive + judgement-free environment. it's not often we get to do arts + crafts as adults of a certain age + this is the perfect time to tap into that energy + reflect on the magic we'd like to create in 2018.
all materials are included but feel free to bring along old magazines or any other materials such as photographs or postcards that you would like to include on your vision board.

holiday relaxation + meditation with essential oils: clearing + balancing the chakras with peace, love + ease.
in this workshop, ashleigh will discuss the chakras + how to balance + ground using essential oils + meditation. she will take us on a journey through each chakra as we apply essential oils to where this relates on each point on our body. she will ease us into a relaxing + grounding meditation that focuses on the senses to release tension. as the oils invigorate the senses + the meditation grounds you, the effect is a state of peace and harmony.
at the end of the workshop, there will be an opportunity to ask questions about essential oils + support around purchasing them at a discount + integrating them into your life for those interested.
