Denis Jackson-Wade
After experiencing firsthand how yoga assisted his own mental health & wellness, he made the conscious decision to enter into the vocation of teaching.
For almost a decade now, he has served as a teacher to those seeking inspiration, help, or meaningful connection in their life to help them realise their fullest potential.
His teachings are inspired by the practice, study & synthesis of several styles of yoga including sivan+ a yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga & participating in kirtan.
His classes emphasise flowing slowly & gracefully with the breath as well as surrendering deeply into the release of yin yoga.
