Health & Wellness Guide Brittany D. Costa works with individuals on becoming healthier by guiding them through proper physical fitness, healthy nutrition and leading a positive and balanced lifestyle. Brittany has studied through a variety of training programs to become a 500hr Strala Yoga Guide, Barre and Pilates instructor, and Personal Trainer. These programs, combined with an active lifestyle, has inspired her to connect with others about living a healthy and happy life. Through her work in wellness, she has traveled around United Arab Emirates, USA, Sri Lanka, Switzerland and has settled in The Netherlands where she works with clients and businesses, teaching classes, events and retreats as well as writing professionally with a focus on Fitness, Nutrition and Lifestyle.
